Quality Policy

GASNEFTCO is committed to quality. Our objective is to satisfy customers by reliably delivering first time quality and exceptional performance. We manage our own quality so that our clients do not have to. A key indicator of our achievement is the finding by our client of defect free results without the need for corrections. Project Quality Management System defines our methods and approaches to project quality management Project Quality Control Plan establishes task order project-specific quality controls that will be put into place. Project Quality Assurance and Control Procedures Manual provide independent monitoring and surveillance of quality performance.

Site-Specific Project Quality Control Plan

We ensure quality results by planning the resources, processes, and controls necessary and by removing avoidable risks. When risks are unavoidable, we take a proactive approach to controlling processes to prevent errors. Furthermore, we are ready to respond quickly and effectively to any quality issues to minimize the extent of the problem and to prevent similar incidents.

Key elements of the GASNEFTCO quality control process include:

  • Appointment of QC personnel independent of production for each task order
  • Qualified employees trained and knowledgeable in project requirements
  • Qualified subcontractors and suppliers evaluated for their capability to perform
  • Inspection and tests that verify the quality of every work task
  • Systematic control of non-conformances and their resolution
  • A quality controlled project closeout process

Project QC Personnel

GASNEFTCO ensures that quality control personnel remain independent from the pressures of production through our organizational lines of authority as defined by our Project Organization Chart. Project Director appoints a Project QHSE Manager and Project Manager, and assigns each with specific quality responsibilities and authorities.

Task Order Project Planning and Communication

We review quality requirements and coordinate quality inspections and hold points. In the process, we listen to each stakeholder to understand his concerns for critical details.

Personnel and Quality Inspector Qualifications

GASNEFTCO ensures that its employees are knowledgeable, competent, and fully capable of delivering quality results. We train our employees on quality standards and procedures based on project requirements as well as their job positions. We validate their capabilities before they are assigned to carry out their quality job responsibilities on the project. Ongoing monitoring of performance continually validates the qualifications of each employee. Project QHSE Manager evaluates each Quality inspector and approves specific work tasks that they can inspect.

Qualification of Subcontractors and Suppliers

GASNEFTCO evaluates outside organizations to ensure that they are capable of meeting the project quality requirements and that they have the capacity and equipment to carry out the contract on schedule. We monitor contractor quality performance monthly as a means of verifying demonstrated capabilities. Poor performing contractors are banned from future work regardless of their other credentials.
